This annual report covers the progress of ENSAP during the period July 2010 to June 2011. It is prepared in line with the NBI Results-Based Management System, focusing on results of the annual work plan and budget for July 2010-June 2011. The report consists of background information, internal and external contexts, program achievements (physical and financial), major challenges and constraints, lessons learned and recommendations.
