This Scoping Study aimed to ensure that the study delivers a useful end-product based on an understanding of the key issues, constraints, challenges and opportunities. It determined the relevant information to be collected to complete the baseline, in order to determine the key issues and potentials related to water resource development and management in the BAS river basin.
