The Transboundary Analysis component comprises an integrated, cross-border analysis of the watershed system, in order to identify the main watershed characteristics and challenges in each of the Sub-basins, and to identify the opportunities and benefits of cooperation in watershed management. This report contains the results of the country-level analysis for the Eastern Nile Basin within the catchment area of Lake Nasser/Nubia. The whole lake is considered as one hydrological system and thus includes a part of Sudan as well as the catchment area within Sudan.
