This Report has the results of the last three stages of the inter-disciplinary Cooperative Regional Assessment of watershed management. It contains (1) basin-wide bio-physical and socioeconomic situation; (2) basin-wide watershed management issues; (3) opportunities for in-country and trans-boundary benefits from basin-wide watershed management activities; and (4) a trans-boundary analysis of opportunities for cooperative watershed management and other activities.
