Abstract

Ethiopia Country Report of the enhancement of flood forecasting and early warning systems (FFEWS) in the Eastern Nile region, identified based on a review of the FFEWS (created under the World Bank supported Eastern Nile Planning Model project (2009-13)), discussed and endorsed by the Third Eastern Nile Flood Forum (2018) and supported by the Nile Cooperation for Results (NCORE) project of NBI (2012-20). A summary report consolidated the findings from the country reports from Ethiopia, South Sudan, and Sudan.
